A distinctive seasonal honey, gathered during the height of the South Norfolk summer.
Our bees forage across the surrounding countryside, visiting summer blooms that may include borage, bramble, lime and other local flowers. The result is a beautifully rich honey with a deeper colour and its own naturally distinctive flavour.
Each harvest reflects the season in which it was produced, so no two batches are ever exactly the same.
The honey is carefully extracted, lightly strained and jarred by hand in small batches. It is not heat-treated and nothing is added.
Enjoy it drizzled over warm toast, stirred into yoghurt or porridge, paired with cheese, or used to add natural sweetness to baking and drinks.
Honey is a natural product, so its colour, flavour and texture may vary between harvests. Crystallisation and a light layer of fine air bubbles or foam are completely natural and do not affect its quality.
