Produced from our hives here in Norfolk, this is proper local honey with real character. It is carefully harvested, filtered and jarred by hand, keeping the process simple, honest and close to the hive.
Every batch has its own natural flavour, colour and texture, depending on the season, the weather and what the bees have been foraging on. That is what makes small-batch local honey so special. It is not blended to taste exactly the same all year round. It reflects the Norfolk landscape around the hives and the work of the bees through the season.
This is a premium local honey, but it still has a down-to-earth story behind it. A lot of time, care and effort goes into looking after the bees, checking the hives, extracting the honey and getting every jar ready.
Perfect for toast, porridge, yoghurt, baking, hot drinks, cheeseboards, dressings or simply eating straight from the spoon.

Storage: Store at room temperature. Honey may naturally crystallise over time. To soften, stand the jar in warm water.

Jon- this honey is excellent. It’s very fresh, sweet and delicious! Love that it’s 100% honey with no additives. The bees have done very well, they must be happy in their hives. We would reccomend to everyone- get it while stocks last (this jar won’t last very long in our house)…
