A little taste of spring from our South Norfolk hives.
This taster trio contains three 46g jars of our raw spring honey. Each jar is filled from the same seasonal harvest, giving you a convenient smaller size that is ideal for gifts, hampers, breakfast tables or taking away with you.
Our spring honey is collected from the varied forage surrounding the hives, which may include oilseed rape, willow, blossom and other early-season flowers. This gives it a naturally light colour and its own seasonal character.
The honey is extracted, lightly strained and jarred in small batches. Nothing is added and it is not heat-treated.
Honey is a natural product, so its colour, flavour and texture may vary between harvests. Crystallisation and a light layer of fine air bubbles or foam are completely natural and do not affect the quality of the honey.

Storage: Store at room temperature. Honey may naturally crystallise over time. To soften, stand the jar in warm water.
